I have gained 38lb (if we take BMI into account, I am overweight) but I am so much healthier now than before, when I was within the "healthy" BMI range, eating only "safe" foods, taking millions of laxatives and struggling with bulimia. There needs to be a change in outlook within the media, as well as in schools.
UK doctors have come out and said they only spent 20minutes on nutrition when training!!!!!!!! WHATTTT?!
